What would the Zillertal be without its hearty local dishes that are prepared with local ingredients according to old recipes? Our kitchen team whips up delicious meals, including traditional Tyrolean fare, Mediterranean dishes and fresh salads as well as imaginative pizzas and home-made pastries from our own patisserie.
In our dining rooms you enter true Tyrolean hospitality where you can enjoy your meals or a drink in a cosy atmosphere. Ceilings and walls have been panelled with real wood and the rooms are furnished with traditional furniture and glowing in candle light while the two terraces are perfect for whiling the day away in the sun. The newly extended dining room combines Alpine elegance with Tyrolean cosiness.
The Restaurant Tiatta is perfect for a romantic evening but also if you wish to dine with friends or family. It offers space for groups of up to 200 people and you have the choice of a wide range of dishes from our menu. Our kitchen team is happy to prepare meals according to your wishes.
Our cuisine stands out by the use of fresh ingredients in the preparation of all our dishes. We use regional produce because we believe that you can taste the difference. This will not only leave us but also our guests satisfied. Furthermore it cuts down transit and we can counter mass production in artificial environments as well as CO2 emissions and industrial-scale animal farming.
We buy our meat from the Metzgerei Wegscheider in Kaltenbach, while dairy products are delivered by Tirol Milch and Käserei Lechner in Stumm, and coffee from Rösterei Braunegger in Kaltenbach. Of course we proudly serve Zillertal Bier and all fresh produce is delivered by Pasquetto.
In 2016 and all the years since, we were awarded with the "Bewusst Tirol Bezirkssieger" award by Agrarmarketing Tirol.
