Our pastry chefs use only ingredients of the highest quality to bake according to traditional recipes and with the support of Heinz Tipotsch. The renowned apple strudel at Tipotsch is still prepared according to grandma Loisi's original recipe, so it is no surprise that it tastes of long-gone holidays and childhood memories.
